Method of use

Apply generously to dry skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
Swipe the stick directly onto the areas you want to protect, then spread lightly with your fingers as needed. Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating heavily, or towel drying.

Warning (important for SPF)

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
No sunscreen provides 100% protection. Prolonged sun exposure is a serious health risk – avoid staying in strong sunlight during peak hours, even when using SPF.
